JoAnne Kouba – Broker/Owner, CRS, GRI, e-PRO®, C2EX

With more than 30 years of real estate experience, JoAnne Kouba brings extensive market knowledge, professional expertise and a lifelong connection to the Manitowoc–Two Rivers area to every client she serves.

JoAnne began her real estate career in 1993 and earned her Wisconsin Real Estate Broker license in 2003. That same year, she co-founded CornerStone Real Estate, LLC. In 2008, CornerStone affiliated with Weichert Realtors while remaining locally owned and operated, combining hometown knowledge and personal service with the resources of a national real estate brand.

Throughout her career, JoAnne has worked with buyers, sellers, builders and developers on residential homes, condominiums, new construction, vacant land and development projects throughout Manitowoc County and Wisconsin’s Lakeshore.

She has also completed Weichert Management Academy training.

JoAnne's deep roots in the Lakeshore area give her clients something that can't be learned from market statistics alone: decades of firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods and local real estate market.

Outside of real estate, JoAnne enjoys spending time with her husband, Richard, their family and friends, and volunteering in the community.
