About Joel

    I have been working with Weichert, Realtors Cornerstone for nearly five years. I have sold a variety of properties, ranging from luxury estates to land on Lake Michigan. Each of the last three years, I have surpassed the million-dollar threshold for properties sold. In January 2025, I was unanimously elected by the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors as President-Elect. Becoming President has been one of the greatest honors of my professional career.

I also love to give back to the community by volunteering my time to underserved youth or loaning out our horse for equine therapy at Crossfire Ranch. You will also see me during the Red Kettle donation time for the Salvation Army, just to name a few. The most fun I have is decorating and hosting our Weichert, Realtors Cornerstone Trunk or Treat. This event has been a huge success, with about 1,500 dressed-up kids visiting our office and parking lot to collect a boatload of candy.

Being a resident of Two Rivers gives me a unique and powerful insight into the local real estate market and all this great city has to offer.
